This is the first post in the serie about ‘where to buy’. In Cebu city you can get almost everything but then you need to know where to get it.

Beef! Where to get a good steak Scotty?

I found quality beef at S&R in Mandaue city.

S&R is a huge shop with stuff like electronics, furniture and best of all they have a great selection of (imported) food products.

For shopping at S&R you need to be a member. You can get a membership upon arrival, just take a ID and 800 pesos. Membership will be good for 1 year.
